Positive: Sijainti oli loistava. Sängyt olivat hyvät. Negative: WC huuhteluveden säiliö täyttyi erittäin hitaasti. WC bide teline irti. Eteisen peiliovien rullamekanismit rikki. Eteisen ja osin koko huoneiston valaistus heikko. Keittiön astiakalusto ja keittiötarvikkeet puutteellisia, ja vajaita. Huoneistoon ei ollut avainta joka olisi tarvittu jäteastioille pääsyyn.
