Quiet cosy central location Positive: Well located just a couple of minutes walk to the trams and buses. Comfortable and warm. Very quiet. Bed really comfortable. Thick block out curtains. Shower great with instant hot water. Entry instructions were a bit strange but eventually worked and a key was left so you only had to do the entry procedure the once. I think the chain attached to the latch inside gets jammed hence the need to push away the door before you pull it open. It’s on the 4th floor but there is a lift that works well. Washing machine in bathroom and they’d left detergent and lots of toilet paper which is always helpful.

Nice apartment with unnecessarily complicated check-in system Positive: The apartment was cute, well furnished and comfortable. The windows had thick curtains and the bed was good. The house has an elevator which was very handy. Specially nice touch was heated floors in the bathroom. Negative: To get into the apartment was the most convoluted and cumbersome process i have ever experienced. It also did not work as it was supposed to, the only reason we got into the house was because another resident opened the outside door for us.

Once Inside it is perfect Positive: Spacious, relatively quiet, comfortable bed, well equipped, good location, good shower. Negative: Everything was good, the first time access process was a bit tricky with phone app and code and knocking the door. If you don’t have a data connection, you cannot access. Explanations are ok but can be improved, specially for tired travelers…
